Most orders arrive in 3–7 working days. Remote locations, public holidays and weather can add a day or two.

Shipping is free on orders of ₹2,999 and above. Below that, a flat ₹149 applies.

Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp, and you can also use the Track order page.

Sealed, unused bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Because fragrance is a personal-care product, opened bottles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Many of them are, and all are labelled by the character of the scent rather than a gender. The Women, Men and Unisex filters are there only to help you start.

Eau de parfum typically lasts 6–8 hours on skin, and extrait 8–10 hours or more. Skin type, weather and application all make a difference.

Every A'OR fragrance is composed and bottled for us, and each bottle carries a batch number on the base.
