Returns and refunds
What you can return, how long you have, and how refunds work.

Returns
Sealed, unused bottles can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packaging.
Because fragrance is a personal-care product, opened or used bottles cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Refunds
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- Allow 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Cash-on-delivery refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
Discovery Set credit
The price of the Discovery Set is credited against a full-size bottle or combo when you order within 60 days. The credit is applied by our team, so please contact us with your order number.
