Delivery areas
We deliver to every serviceable pincode in India. You can check a pincode on any product page before you order.
Processing and delivery times
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch. Remote locations, public holidays and weather may add a day or two.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on orders of ₹2,999 and above.
- A flat fee of ₹149 applies to orders below ₹2,999.
- Cash on delivery carries a ₹49 handling fee.
Tracking
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also use the Track order page with your order number.
Damaged or missing parcels
Please photograph the parcel before opening it and email us within 48 hours if anything is damaged or missing. We will send a replacement at no cost.
